Refurbishment Services Offered

Dog clipper blades such as Andis or Oster A5 are dismantled, cleaned, checked for spring tension and damage, sharpened, lubricated then assembled and tested. We package each blade into a new foam lined plastic container to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. These can then be used for storing your blades and for shipping back to us for subsequent servicing. Horse Clipper blades Are sharpened using the same equipment but are typically supplied unassembled.

Premium scissors are cleaned, inspected, dismantled then each blade separately sharpened using the well proven Hira-To sharpening machine which gives perfect and precise results time-after-time. The inside 'Ride Line' of each blade is then honed following which the scissors are lubricated and re-assembled, balanced, tip alignment checked then tested on appropriate medium.

Standard scissors can be sharpened without taking them apart using the well proven 'Twice As Sharp' sharpening machine. Premium Bevel edge scissors  are cleaned, inspected, dismantled then each blade separately sharpened using the 'Ookami Gold' diamond cutting and polishing wheels on the Twice as Sharp machine. This gives great results time-after-time. The inside 'Ride Line' of each blade is then honed following which the scissors are lubricated and re-assembled, balanced, tip alignment checked then tested on appropriate medium. Note# If required we can add serrations to one or both blades using the 'Corru-gator' diamond wheel machine#

We use the Excellent Tormek T8 sharpenening system for all types of knives, shears, gardening tools etc as it is extremely versatile and produces great results.

We also have a range of bench mounted and hand held machines which can be used for cleaning and sharpening a vast array of household, gardening and workshop equipment such as screwdrivers, chisels, axes, mower blades, drill bits, etc etc. This equipment allows us to sharpen virtually anything!

Dissmantling, inspection, Repair and assembly is done in a clean, well lit area. We take great pride in providing a high quality service for our customers.
