All premium scissors will be cleaned then carefully checked for damage prior to dismantling. Blades may need to be honed or straightened prior to sharpening. The scissors are carefully dismantled, parts checked for wear, then sharpened using the appropriate specialised equipment. The insides of the blades are then honed before they are cleaned, lubricated and assembled. The tip alignment is checked and adjusted if necessary. Bump stops and finger rests are checked. We hold a massive spares stock so we can usually replace any worn, damaged or missing parts.
